In our time of need, Payless Cremation in Concord was a comfort. Without prior arrangements, we contacted them in the middle of the night. They promptly came to transport our grandmother. We met with them the next day to complete the necessary paperwork and payment. The owners at Payless made the experience as easy as possible. They were on time for each meeting and accommodating to our schedule. They followed up every step of the way, and even did some extra searching for us to find a contact for aerial scattering.
While I hope not to need them again for a very long time, I will be sharing their contact information with any friends who do.

Payless cremation is a great mortuary. The price is good and so is the quality of service. Myriam took good care of my husband. She was also there for me. She changed his urn when I received it. She transferred him into my necklace and two other box urns (for other family members) she provided for free. She was kind gave me advice. She came to me I was not able to get to her.
